Are the tours private or group?

All our tours are private, ensuring exclusivity, comfort and flexibility.

What is included in the price?

Premium vehicle transport, driver/guide and the experiences listed in each tour. Monument entrances and meals are optional.

Can I customize the itinerary?

Yes, we adapt the tours to your pace and interests. Just let us know your preferences when booking.

How many people can travel in the car?

The ideal is 2 people for maximum comfort. 3 people are acceptable, with one in the front seat. We can accommodate 4 passengers, but in this case 3 will be seated in the back, with less comfort.

How do bookings and payments work?

Booking is made online through our calendar. Payment is secure and immediate, ensuring your spot.

In which languages are the tours offered?

We provide tours in Portuguese, English and Spanish.

What is the average duration of the tours?

Most tours last between 8 and 10 hours, depending on the itinerary.

Can I be picked up at my hotel?

Yes, we offer pick-up and drop-off in Lisbon and surroundings, including airport, hotels and local stays.

Can the itinerary change?

Yes. Visiting times depend on ticket availability. If a site is unavailable at the scheduled time, we notify you within 24h of purchase, adjust the route and propose equivalent alternatives. If no suitable alternative is possible, you may choose a refund of the service.

What is the cancellation policy?

Cancellations up to 48h before the tour are free of charge, with a full refund of the service fee. Tickets for monuments/experiences purchased in advance are non-refundable. If a relevant change occurs due to ticket unavailability, we’ll notify you within 24h of purchase and offer alternatives or a refund of the service if you do not accept.
